Design & Development
Nodule Module Website
Designed and developed a website for a medical startup serving patients and providers, featuring a patient screening quiz and a physical product for clinics.

Challenge
Nodule Module needed a website that could effectively serve two distinct user groups.
Patients visit the site to learn about lung health and determine whether they may qualify for lung cancer screening. These users need a simple, trustworthy experience centered around a screening quiz and accessible educational resources.
Medical professionals, on the other hand, visit the site to evaluate tools they can bring into their practices. They need clear product information, supporting resources, and a straightforward way to purchase the Nodule Module Patient Education Tool.
The challenge was designing a site that clearly supports both audiences while guiding each user toward the experience most relevant to their needs.
Results
The final site was structured around two clear user pathways.
Patients can quickly access a lung cancer screening quiz, helping them understand potential eligibility while providing educational resources about screening and lung health.
Medical professionals are guided toward information about the Patient Education Tool, where they can learn how it supports patient conversations and purchase the tool for their practice.
By separating these journeys while maintaining a cohesive design system, the site allows both audiences to quickly find what they need while supporting both patient education and clinical adoption.
Patient Qualifying Form
The core interaction on the site is a multi-step qualifying form powered by backend logic.
Design considerations included:
Clear question framing
Logical progression of medical questions
Immediate feedback and guidance
Reduced cognitive load through step-based interactions
By structuring the experience this way, users remain focused on answering the next question rather than worrying about the complexity of the decision process.
